Queen Elizabeth and Her Green Screen Suit
I often wonder what famous people are like. Do you do that? I especially love to wonder about the Royals. You have to admit, they are a fascinating bunch. I also wonder why the people of England still support the Royals and their opulence. I cannot even fathom living in the lap of luxury the way they do. But there is something I find precious (and not the least bit obnoxious) about the Queen. I don’t know why, but I imagine her as a witty, charming, feisty old woman… who loves to laugh. And is not above laughing at herself. I stumbled across this series about Queen Elizabeth and her green screen suit and just had to share it with you.
Do you think the Queen realized that her suit is essentially a walking green screen? If you are not familiar with what a green screen is…. I’ll help you out.

I’m sure you have read The Emperor’s New Clothes fairy tale… if not don’t miss it. But that is exactly what I thought of when I saw this silly meme.

As I mentioned above, the Queen has a thing for dogs… specifically Corgis. And unfortunately, her last Corgi, Willow, died earlier this year.

I think this one is my favorite… We love Dr. Who and have many Whovian outfits. But I think the queen wears it better than we do.
