    World Geography is a study of the six basic geographic regions of the world: chapter one, North America; chapter two, South America; chapter three, Europe; chapter four, Africa; chapter five, Asia; and chapter six, Oceania. Each chapter covers 15 topics: borders, terrain, water, climate, vegetation and wildlife, famous sites and events, ethnicities, languages, religions, transportation, government, diplomacy, economics, natural resources, and industry, including exports.     Written for under-performing students who haven’t done well in conventional classrooms, this high school elective course will introduce teenagers to the basic tools, skills, terms, and concepts associated with shop, home, and community facilities. Each text covers a unique topic, including auto repair, carpentry, home remodeling, electrical, and construction work; the included activity books provide fill-in-the-blank, diagram completion, reading comprehension, and matching exercises for reinforcement and reflection. Each of the 75 lessons begins with a narrative involving teenage role models who demonstrate character and skills such as courtesy, honesty, integrity and commitment.
