Baby Learns Simple Objects is a customizable app that allows you to teach your child the names of the common objects that surround him in any language you want by recording your own voiceover or downloading a custom voiceover from Baby Learns’ international community. You can personalize this app even if you are just using the 2 built-in voiceovers provided (English and Russian) by choosing your own avatar.

There are Learn and Play modes in four different environments – Kitchen, Playground, Farm and Bedroom. You can learn the name of the object, see how it moves and listen to its sound. In addition, some objects can be moved around the screen.

The Play mode is where your child is asked to identify the correct object. Give 5 correct answers and your child will earn a cute Bebeka for his Prize World where he can have fun playing with all his Bebekas while learning how to be responsible for housing and feeding them. What the kids will also like are the coloring pages where they can color the screens of Playground, Nature, Bedroom and Kitchen.

What makes this app unique is the ability to record your own custom voiceover for the names of objects, praises for correct answers and words of encouragement for wrong answers. This is a perfect feature to have if you want to slow down your speech for articulation purposes. You can also have a different language for each of the four screens and give your child a bilingual or tri-lingual learning experience.

Recording is easy, the video tutorial is also available. You may like to share your voiceover with people around the world who own Baby Learns Simple Objects (but don’t forget to remove your child’s name before uploading. The developer screens all voiceovers uploaded and highlights only the best recordings. There are about 25 recordings in 9 languages at the moment which users can download easily through the app for free.
