Apparently South Carolina is spending an estimated $11.7 billion on what FitsNews.com calls “the worst government-run school system in America.” State senator Tom Davis filed a bill last week that could provide $25 million in scholarships for exceptional needs children, $25 million in scholarships for low-income children and $10 million in tax credits for children who are homeschooled by their parents.

That is a big deal! South Carolina is scoring dead last on Education in the nation!
