Our Favorites from last week:

Did you see these posts last week? Here’s a few the HHM ladies loved:

Taryn of Hazy Days enjoyed There’s No Place Like Home’s – Maybe “Educational” Should Be a Bad Word.

Taryn commented “I found this post fairly significant given the current concerns in my own country, South Africa, where legislation and policy documentation has fairly narrow definitions of education. I like that Shelly from No Place Like Home is open to dialogue. This is a subject that needs worldwide attention, examined from every angle. How better than to start the conversations ourselves?”

wpid-business-man-2Marcy from Ben and Me loved Eclectic Momma’s – How to Make a Pinwheel Star.

Marcy shared “Loved the tutorial from Eclectic Momma — Snowflakes are growing old this winter. I just love how colorful this craft is! The perfect way to brighten up a dreary winter day!”

Heather said “I was inspired to take my kids outside for some nature collecting after reading this… I will definitely be venturing outside more with my kids to collect all the little treasures for our projects!”

9-Reasons-to-Gather-Natural-Art-Craft-Materials_pStacy from On Loving Jesus loved a post right here at Hip Homeschool Moms titled Loving Our Kids Through the Tough Times.

Danielle

Danielle is a big-city Southern California girl who, after a number of years spent enjoying the majesty of small-town Montana, moved back home to be near family and make a go of her backyard homesteading dreams. She’s married to her stud of a high school sweetheart and together they’re raising three handsome, rough-and-tumble young men. Their family loves the Lord and homeschooling is just one of the many ways they have endeavored to give their whole lives to Christ. Danielle and her family are having a blast working to turn their healthy DIY spirit into a more self-sufficient lifestyle.
