We use these books as something different to use in between Bible curriculum or when we just need a change for a little bit. These are not an in-depth study, just reading a few scripture verses and then drawing a picture to go with it. There are a few questions in some of the lessons, but not many. I would not use them as a main Bible program, but for something fun or for family devotions they work well.

My daughter LOVES this series. I like that it makes her think creatively about the scriptures and helps her to find key points to focus on.

This has been my favorite Bible study to do as a family! We have five children all of which took part of this study together. We read the scripture lesson together, then each child drew the assignment for that day. We discussed it and showed off beautiful artwork, then my children had a complete Bible story of their own pictures of the life of Jesus. This is something that is very special to my children! It is beautiful to go back and look at and see how my children pictured these Bible stories that are so precious. Since then I have continued with the Proverbs study and we have loved it the same! This is a phenomenal way to get the family reading the bible all together! I LOVE IT! It can be a 5 minute lesson or you can get really into the art part and make it as long as desired.
