Hip Homeschool Hop 1/10/17 – 1/14/17

Welcome to the Hip Homeschool Hop!

Hip Homeschool Hop

Thank you for linking up with us on our Hip Homeschool Hop! We’re glad to have you. And if you’re here to take a look around and find some fun topics, good information, ideas, or support, we’re glad to have you too! But first we hope you’ll take a look at some of our team members’ favorite posts from last week’s Hop. Enjoy!

One of our favorites from last week was 15 Family Restaurant Games from Our Unschooling Journey Through Life. So often our children (mine included!) play on phones or tablets at restaurants, so these suggestions for games that are fun, educational, and promote family interaction are great to play when waiting at a restaurant or doctor’s office.

I don’t know about you, but I’ve kept a planner since I was in high school, and I’m teaching my youngest child (age 14) to keep a planner too. Tara at Embark on the Journey shared her Teen Planner and Journal for January 2017 with us last week. Take a look!

Guidelines for the hop:

  1. You can link up to 3 posts from your blog. Make sure you use the exact URL to the post.
  2. You can link up kid activities, homeschool related, or homemaking/recipe posts. Posts unrelated to these topics will be removed. (Please no product reviews or “marketing” posts unless they are homeschool related.)
  3. Please either include the Hip Homeschool Hop button (found at the bottom of the site) or a link back to Hip Homeschool Moms.
  4. The linky will go live each week at 6am EST, and will be live until Saturday at midnight. HERE
