My son likes this and does it everyday mostly on his own- I just check to make sure he is understanding the information. Seems to the point with no fluff!

As a homeschool mom for the past 14 years, a public school teacher 10 years prior to that & as a curriculum consultant, I can say that this curriculum is a jewel! So thankful that I stumbled across this curriculum and what a perfect match it has been for my own homeschoolers. For those that I consultant, Mastering Math Essentials has been a great match for any student needing to learn or needing review of all fundamental math skills and No Nonsense Algebra has proven to be at the top of my recommendations for Algebra curriculum. My daughter with huge discrepancies in her learning was very successful with the Algebra course. We had used Horizons up to 4th grade, then she did Teaching Textbooks 7th grade and then NoNonsense Algebra and never missed a beat. It is less work than many other math programs out there but quantity doesn't always equate to quality and this course has that quality. Now she is a slow worker & I thought she would never finish her exam, but she proved she knew the material! I happen to be Woodcock Johnson Test Administrator and I can attest to her math skills and problem solving ability to be above 90 percentile rank! She loves the teacher and was so thrilled one day when I called for support that her teacher answered the phone! How cool is that! I recommend without reservation.
