My kids used the manipulatives for younger ages but did not need the special kit for learning fractions.

Easy to use for independent learner. Very silent layout. No distracting cartoons.
Cons
Teaches long division and multi different multiplication differently. Had to use another resource.
Do you recommend?
Yes for elementary levels.
