I love the BraveWriter approach to learning language arts. However, it is not a simple open-and-go curriculum. The BraveWriter program is more of a philosophy/approach to learning language arts. Once you get it down, it is effective and engaging.
If you can take the time to read through the original BraveWriter curriculum and if you are able to trust that the exercises will accomplish a thorough understanding of language arts, then I think you will find this a rewarding program.
