All About Reading

My children learned so much using this program. It is very throrugh and really helped my son who struggled with spelling and reading.

Great beginning reader program and interesting enough to hold the attention of my early reader who was reading before we started the program.

We used this program with our son. His reading improved quite a bit and he also enjoyed using the program.

This curriculum was a life saver for us. My oldest was having trouble reading and we switched to this curriculum from a Language Arts curriculum. He loved the tiles! It made all the difference to touch the tiles and build the words. The curriculum is very easy to use. The books are interesting for their reading level and just very nice illustrations. My second child who is doing level 1 actually giggles while he reads some of the stories! It is a joy to see my oldest enjoying reading when it was such a chore for him on the other curriculum. Highly recommended!

All About Reading is a very comprehensive reading program. You can make the lessons as long or as short as needed for your reader. It tells you exactly what to do and say with minimal prep. I have the children help me cut their activity pages. They have a good balance of board work with hands-on activities and their readers are awesome.

I LOVE All About Reading! It is very easy to use, systematic and my children enjoy the lessons. The activities are hands on and multisensory and the readers are great!

Very good ciriculum. Fun for children to learn. Was helpful with my child who has Dyslexia. Recommend for all!

I have been using this curriculum with my dyslexic daughter for about a year. Due to her learning differences, we need to break up some lessons and take a slow pace. AAR allows us to do that, and my daughter loves it. She gains confidence when she masters new stories in the readers.

This has been a great hands on curriculum for my first grader who has many learning struggles along with ADHD!

This is the first reading program that we tried that 'fit' for my 8 year old daughter! She could read, but hated reading because it didn't come easy to her. All About Reading was a game changer for her. Not having worksheets to fill out and having the hands-on elements were perfect for her. She did levels 3 and 4 this year and actually doesn't mind reading now!

I have been using AAR for 3 years and believe it is one of the best!

This is our first year using this and we love it. My kids don't even complain while they are learning. It's great!

After using Level 1 both my son and my daughter were reading on a mid-5th grade level. I would definitely recommend this to others and I plan to use it with my preschool age child when he gets old enough to start Level 1 as well!

Very pleased with this product. My kids are learning so much!!

This program is very sound and thought out. HOwever it is very time consuming and teacher intensive in prep work and getting the program together. I had more success with teaching reading using other programs such as Phonics Pathways by Dolores HIskes.

We have used and LOVED the pre-reading level of All About Reading! My son is 8 with Auditory Processing Disorder and Speech/Developmental Delays - we've been struggling with reading for three years! A lot of the pre-reading level was review (AGAIN!) for him - recognizing and writing the letters, and we focused heavily on the letter sounds and beginning/ending sounds. This was made so easy with the open-and-go style of the Teacher's guide and the Student workbook. And can't forget Ziggy! My son often complains about "doing school" but when given a choice of the order of the day's task, All About Reading was ALWAYS the top pick! We plan to start Level 1 next week!

I enjoy using AAR with my ADHD/ASD first grade boy. He loved the readers and completing the progress chart and never complained about doing his reading lesson.
